Track acceptance of an operator-proposed new time

Keep a proposed change distinct from the confirmed schedule until the required response is recorded.

Define what remains confirmed during the proposal

Synthetic rule: the original session cannot run. A replacement time is proposed, and the affected booking enters change-pending with no confirmed attendance slot. Acceptance by 17:00 confirms the replacement; refusal or no answer closes through operator cancellation. A proposal alone must not be shown as accepted.

Close the proposal with a specific outcome

  1. Record original cancellation reason, proposed start and response deadline.
  2. On acceptance, recheck package validity and confirm the new occurrence.
  3. At close, resolve refusal and silence using the stated operator-cancellation rule.

If acceptance arrives but the package no longer funds the new time, hold for entitlement resolution rather than label the replacement confirmed.

How many replacement bookings are confirmed from the three answers if B-T1 remains eligible?

Show the worked answer

One: B-T1. B-T2 and B-T3 have cancellation outcomes, not acceptance.

Record the reply instant and proposed schedule version so a later reply cannot be applied to a different proposal.
