Design, engineering and testing responsibilities are agreed around the work required. Freelancers and specialists can join where the scope calls for them. Staffing, responsibilities and availability are confirmed before engagement.
Review the work as it develops
We agree the initial scope and acceptance requirements, then provide working versions or demonstrations as development progresses. Feedback is reviewed alongside its effect on cost and timing. Handover and maintenance responsibilities are identified in the project agreement.
Based in Hong Kong
Astera was incorporated in Hong Kong on 12 June 2026. We work with local business workflows and build customer experiences in English and Traditional Chinese. Our portfolio shows products across education, travel, recruitment, financial information and pet services.
