Identify the eligibility checkpoint
Synthetic rule: joining the list requires an active membership but does not reserve a session. On acceptance, membership must still be active and a package must fund the offered start time. A scheduled freeze can invalidate the offered session even while membership is active today.
| Entry | At joining | At acceptance / offered start | Acceptance result |
|---|---|---|---|
| W-Q1 | Active / 2 sessions | Active now and at start; 2 currently available sessions valid for offered service and start | Confirm; hold 1 |
| W-Q2 | Active / 1 session | Active now; membership frozen at offered start | Not eligible |
| W-Q3 | Active / 1 session | Active now and at start; 1 currently available session expires before offered start | New valid source required |
Evaluate the offer with current records
- Read offered start, current membership intervals and eligible package quantities.
- Check the actual session instant, including scheduled freezes and expiry.
- Confirm only eligible acceptance; otherwise record the unmet condition and close under the offer rule.
A new package may resolve expiry, but cannot override a membership freeze without a separate reactivation decision.
Which of the three entries can be confirmed from the shown records?
Show the worked answer
Only W-Q1. W-Q2 fails membership eligibility at the offered start and W-Q3’s package is not valid for that start. No session is held for either failed case.
Keep the failed condition separate from declining the offer so the customer is not recorded as refusing a place they could not use.
