Close a withdrawn joining case by its administration side effects

Cancel unperformed requests while retaining issued items on explicit disposition tasks.

List what actually happened

Fictional J12 is withdrawn before its joining day. Locker request is pending; welcome note was delivered; badge token B12 was physically issued. Local policy cancels pending requests, retains message history and creates a badge disposition task. Withdrawal is not evidence of token return or destruction.

Cancel pending requests only

  1. Record withdrawal case decision
  2. Cancel locker request
  3. Preserve delivered-note history
  4. Assign B12 disposition reference

Do not mark every child task “never performed” when evidence records a completed effect.

How many pending requests are cancelled and issued items remain unresolved?

Show the worked answer

One pending request cancelled and one issued badge unresolved. The delivered note remains one historical completed action.

The join case may be marked withdrawn while its B12 disposition remains open. Its administrative closure must show that residual task explicitly.
