Records and local rule
Original fictional policy requires an itemised receipt and staff-payment evidence for each claim. A missing receipt may use a specifically accepted substitute, but a staff declaration alone is not that acceptance. Amounts below are HKD. Missing evidence leaves the claim pending, not zero-valued or paid.
| Claim | Requested | Receipt / payment proof | Review state |
|---|---|---|---|
| E01 | 200 | Both present | Evidence complete |
| E02 | 150 | Declaration only / present | Pending receipt substitute acceptance |
| E03 | 90 | Accepted substitute / present | Evidence complete |
Process the recorded case
- Link the expense and staff payer
- Check each required evidence item
- Record the exact missing item or accepted substitute
- Release only complete claims to the next review
An unaccepted substitute stays pending; do not infer approval from the amount or staff statement.

Which claims have complete evidence, and what requested total remains pending?
Show the worked answer
E01 and E03 are complete: 200+90=290. E02’s 150 remains pending. Evidence completeness alone does not authorise or prove reimbursement.
