Map live references to the archive destination
The synthetic project moves completed files to archive ARC-L under its already approved internal storage policy. Two completed-task references can point there, but live follow-up ACT-L needs file F3 and its assigned owner cannot access ARC-L. No deletion or retention period is authorised by this worksheet.
| Reference | File | Destination access | Decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Completed T1 | F1 | ARC-L accessible | Update link |
| Completed T2 | F2 | ARC-L accessible | Update link |
| Live ACT-L | F3 | Owner lacks ARC-L access | Keep working reference until resolved |
Verify live access before hiding the working folder
- List active file references
- Test archive links for actual owner
- Update two resolved links
- Keep F3 available under approved arrangement
- Complete archive move after access decision
Do not broaden access or create a public copy merely to fix the link; use the project’s authorised storage and recipient rules.
Two references can be migrated now; one remains unresolved. Record the destination and access check so closing the working folder does not strand the remaining action.
Can the working folder be removed from normal use while ACT-L’s only accessible F3 link is there?
Show the worked answer
No. Resolve ACT-L’s approved usable reference first; two successful links do not cover the third.
