Separate housekeeping completion from room readiness

Require the supplied vacancy, cleaning and maintenance-clear states together.

Model independent room-state inputs

Synthetic guesthouse releases a room for assignment only when vacant, cleaning-confirmed and no open maintenance hold. R1 is vacant and clean but has a hold; R2 satisfies all three; R3 is clean and maintenance-clear but occupied. These are invented operating states, not a property safety approval.

  1. Read occupancy
  2. Read cleaning confirmation
  3. Read maintenance disposition
  4. Combine all required states

Unknown maintenance state keeps readiness unresolved; it cannot be treated as cleared.

How many shown rooms are ready for assignment?

Show the worked answer

One, R2. R1 has an open hold and R3 remains occupied.

Require separate room flags in the demo and export so completing one work order cannot overwrite the other readiness conditions.
