Supply the version and effective date

Fictional policy A allows two booking changes until 30 June 2026. Policy B allows one change from 1 July 2026. A re-upload of A on 10 July does not alter its stated validity. These dates are test conditions, not a real business policy.

State that the applicable rule cannot be determined from the supplied material. Identify both conflicting versions and ask the policy owner to confirm; do not choose by filename or confidence.

Record the question’s relevant date, the selected version and the evidence for selection. A current-policy case and a historical-policy case are separate tests. This sheet defines the version-selection expectations; it does not verify a retrieval system or execute a model.
