Pair each claim with the supporting passage

These invented policy extracts are the entire permitted source set: P1 “Bookings may be moved once”; P2 “A move must be requested at least 24 hours before the start”; P3 “Refunds are reviewed by staff.” There is no refund percentage in the policy.

Keep citation accuracy separate from answer accuracy

An answer quotes the correct 24-hour rule but cites P1. Should it receive a full pass?

Show the worked answer

No. Its factual content is supported elsewhere, but its provided citation does not establish that fact. Record the claim as correct and the citation as mismatched, then retest the corrected pairing.

Use one review row per substantive claim. A paragraph with two facts may need two supporting passages; a working link alone is not sufficient. These fixtures test support within the supplied extracts, not external website availability or the accuracy of a real policy.
