Write a support update from observed facts rather than a suspected cause

Match each customer-facing claim to the evidence actually obtained.

Separate symptom, hypothesis and verified result

Synthetic T-261 has evidence that export E-261 lacks B. A cache-related cause is only a staff hypothesis. Trial V-261 succeeds on v6, but the customer still uses v5. A useful update can state the missing-row observation and the limited successful trial; it cannot claim the cache cause is confirmed or that the customer is recovered. The fixture gives no repair completion estimate.

Review the evidence behind each sentence

  1. List proposed factual claims
  2. Attach observation references
  3. Qualify hypotheses and limited trials
  4. Send supported case update

An internal guess repeated by several colleagues does not become a verified cause.

Can the update say the customer is recovered because v6 passed?

Show the worked answer

No. The customer uses v5 and has no matched recovery evidence. State the v6 trial result within that condition and keep customer outcome pending.

State the observed conditions beside a trial result. Keep unverified cause and customer recovery claims pending until their evidence exists.
