Reissue a corrected report with a link to the faulty copy

Show which delivered artifact is replaced and what remains unchanged in the reporting period.

Separate artifact revision from reporting period

Synthetic report F-131 r1 covers October 2026 but omits row B. Corrected F-131 r2 covers the same period and contains A and B. A file for November is not a correction of the October outcome, even if complete for November. The fixture retains r1 as historical faulty delivery and records r2 as its replacement, so the customer knows which copy to use. Delivery alone still needs outcome verification.

Identify the replacement the customer should use

  1. Read faulty artifact and period
  2. Prepare verified same-period correction
  3. Record replacement relation
  4. Send correction and verify its outcome

If the required period is unknown, resolve it before calling a file a corrected replacement.

Which file can satisfy the October missing-row outcome?

Show the worked answer

F-131 r2, subject to its verified A,B contents and customer outcome check. F-132 belongs to November and cannot substitute for October.

Keep the reporting period and replaced artifact reference on the reissue. Verify the corrected output before using it as closure evidence.
