Build a complaint timeline from distinct reported and recorded events

Do not use ticket creation time as proof of when an earlier message arrived.

Name the event before comparing timestamps

Synthetic complaint says a correction request was sent before 16:30 on 22 October 2026. A conversation record shows receipt at 16:28; the ticket is created at 16:45 and first reviewed at 17:00. These are different events, not conflicting times for one event. The fixture supports receipt before 16:30, while making no claim that the correction was completed by then. No legal deadline is defined.

Preserve the meaning of each time

  1. List claimed and recorded events
  2. Attach evidence to each instant
  3. Compare only equivalent events
  4. Explain the supported sequence

If actual receipt is missing, ticket creation alone cannot establish an earlier receipt or its absence.

Was the request received before 16:30, and was it proved completed then?

Show the worked answer

Receipt was before 16:30: 16:28 is two minutes earlier. Completion is unproven; creation and review are different later events.

Preserve event type and supporting record beside every time. An unresolved timestamp needs investigation before it supports a finding.
