Original administrative close permits an open advance to carry forward with its existing identity, staff custodian and follow-up. Advance A1 released 1000, accepted expenses 600, confirmed return 100. Closing the review task does not close or reset the advance.

Process the recorded case

- Carry identity and named follow-up forward
- Continue acquittal against the same advance
Do not create a second released advance for the carried remainder; that would duplicate the cash history.
