Records and local rule
Original internal review requires every company-funded amount still awaiting explanation or completed receipt to appear in its fund snapshot. Follow-ups are already assigned. E1 advance released 300, accepted expenses 200 and return 50 leave 50, included in the proposed snapshot. E3 deposit 100 is in transit and omitted. E2 expense request 250 has no company payout and stays in a separate claim queue. This is an internal tracking rule, not statutory recognition.
| Exception | Recorded amount / state | Fund snapshot requirement | Proposed snapshot | Assigned follow-up |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| E1 advance | 300−200−50=50 open | 50 | Included 50 | Ada: explain or return |
| E2 expense claim | 250 requested; 0 company payout | 0; separate claim queue | Not counted as funded | Bo: obtain expense proof |
| E3 deposit | 100 in transit | 100 | Omitted | Co: confirm deposit receipt |
Process the recorded case
- Identify all released funds still unresolved at the review boundary
- Compute advance residuals and pending custody receipts separately
- Keep unpaid expense requests outside the funded measure
- Complete the fund snapshot before closing this financial review
Complete follow-up assignments cannot compensate for an omitted funded amount. Do not net an unpaid claim against funds still awaiting receipt.
Check the outcome
What fund total must be represented, what is missing, and can review close?
Show the worked answer
Funded unresolved total 50+100=150; proposed snapshot 50 omits 100, so review cannot close. Unpaid claim 250 remains separate, not added to or netted against the 150 fund measure.
