Divide completed and remaining units
The synthetic task checks twelve records. Ren completed records R01–R07 and Sol accepts R08–R12. The remaining five each need twenty minutes under the supplied planning assumption. Completed checks remain usable because their input revisions are unchanged.
| Scope | Units | Owner / evidence |
|---|---|---|
| R01–R07 | 7 complete | Ren / CK-E |
| R08–R12 | 5 remaining | Sol / AC-E2 |
| Remaining effort | 100 minutes | 5 × 20-minute assumption |
Move only the remaining responsibility
- Save seven completed results
- List remaining five identities
- Sol accepts that exact scope
- Assign one hundred minutes
- Complete under original task identity
A changed input for a completed record requires a separate recheck scope; it cannot remain reusable merely because Ren checked an older version.
The task still totals twelve records. Ren’s seven remain completed and Sol’s five remain open until checked. The handover changes ownership of unfinished work, not the number of records.
Should Sol schedule twelve records again to be safe?
Show the worked answer
No under the unchanged-input finding. Schedule the remaining five, one hundred minutes, and retain the seven completed results.
