Define the workload and observation
The invented buyer wants to review a booking pilot with 20 simultaneous users and 2,000 synthetic bookings. The numbers are chosen fixture inputs, not industry recommendations or measured capacity.
| Task | Workload and data | Buyer-set requirement | Evidence requested |
|---|---|---|---|
| Find available slots | 20 simultaneous users; 2,000 bookings | At least 95% of all observed requests complete within 2 seconds; zero failed requests in the stated trial | Request timings, count, errors and environment |
| Export booking list | One export of 2,000 synthetic rows | Complete file with matching row count; timing recorded | File, row check and start/end time |
| Empty availability | Same user workload; no open slots | Clear empty result; no fabricated slot | Output and error log |
Keep the denominator with the timing
Nineteen of 20 requests finish within 2 seconds, but one fails. Does this prove the system meets the whole requirement?
Show the worked answer
No. 19/20 is 95% of all observed requests, meeting only the timing fraction. One failure violates the separate zero-failed-request condition. Retain both results and investigate; even a fully passing tiny trial would not establish general production capacity.
Targets are authored assumptions for discussion, not a service promise. A performance result requires an actual run and stated conditions; this worksheet contains none.
