Keep two scope snapshots
Synthetic quote Q-21 has four accepted units. Proposal CH-21 asks for three additional units and is not accepted. Radio choices show the accepted record or the proposal. They change visibility rather than turning the proposal into an order.
| Input or inspection | Expected view | Business meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Choose accepted view | 4 accepted; source Q-21 | Active scope stays four |
| Choose proposal view | 3 additional; pending CH-21 | No active quantity added |
| Switch back | Same Q-21 snapshot | Proposal did not overwrite it |
Inspect the two-state association
- Both radio labels identify the scope being inspected.
- The proposal panel retains its pending status and separate reference.
After selecting the proposal view, what accepted quantity is evidenced?
Show the worked answer
Four. The three additional units remain proposed, so the active scope is not seven.
The view selector carries no acceptance action. A later business decision needs its own record.
