Read the supplied touch-role policy
Synthetic conversion E29 has three eligible touches T1,T2,T3 in that order. Local reporting credits E29 once to last touch T3 and labels earlier T1/T2 as assists. Assists count touch observations, not extra conversions. This convention is stipulated, not evidence of causal contribution or a standard ad model.
| Touch | Role | Reporting unit |
|---|---|---|
| T1 | Assist | One assist observation |
| T2 | Assist | One assist observation |
| T3 | Primary | One conversion credit |
Assign one primary and prior assists
- Read the complete eligible touch sequence
- Assign T3 primary credit
- Label T1/T2 assists
- Keep credit and assist totals separate
Do not sum one credit and two assists into three credited conversions.
What totals should the worksheet report?
Show the worked answer
One primary conversion credit and two assist observations. The three touch rows do not establish three conversions.
Report the two units separately
| Case | Decision or result | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Total 3 converted from three touches | Reject unit mixing | Only one E29 |
| Credit 1/assists 2 | Accept | Units explicit |
Label both totals and retain E29 as the conversion key. A channel summary must not obscure whether its number counts events or touches.
