Link a label task to store, item and price revision
Synthetic shop changes item IT-A from price revision P1 to P2. Store North’s till uses P2 but its shelf still has P1; South has confirmed both P2. The local rollout closes only when till and shelf evidence match P2 at that store. The example does not decide what price must be charged during a dispute.
| Constraint | Required record | Example decision rule |
|---|---|---|
| Rollout identity | Store + item + target revision | North/IT-A/P2 is one task |
| Till evidence | Confirmed current price revision | P2 at North does not update the shelf |
| Shelf acknowledgement | Label revision and staff check | Both channels must show P2 |
Test physical and digital rollout separately
| Case | Input | Expected decision |
|---|---|---|
| North | Till P2 / shelf P1 | Shelf task remains open |
| South | Till P2 / shelf P2 confirmed | Rollout complete for South |
- Assign store-specific label work
- Read till revision
- Record actual shelf check
- Close matching store task
Unknown label evidence remains pending; never infer shelf completion from a price import success.
How many stores can be marked fully rolled out now?

One, South. North still needs its shelf-label task.
Request one till-correct/shelf-old case in the demonstration to expose a missing physical-work state.
