The Technology Voucher Programme stopped accepting new applications after 31 December 2024. Old articles and vendor price pages can therefore lead to the wrong assumption about available support. Start with the official programme page and current application guide rather than a copied list of amounts or deadlines.
Separate project readiness from funding assumptions

Match the project to the rules
Different programmes support different activities and applicants. The Innovation and Technology Fund provides an official directory of its programmes. For any scheme under consideration, check the applicant, project purpose, eligible spending, procurement and timing requirements with the administering body before committing expenditure.
Keep the project viable without an assumption
Ask a developer to identify deliverables and costs clearly so they can be assessed against the scheme’s rules. Keep quotations, decisions and supporting records organised. A vendor’s willingness to prepare technical information is not a funding approval; plan the cash flow and schedule around confirmed commitments.
